Zen Meditation Class

This class will provide fundamental instruction on meditation postures; mindful breathing and concentration; stretches that help improve one’s meditation practice; and tips for establishing,and maintaining, a meditation practice. The emphasis in this class is developing a deep sense of peace that we can take back into the rest of our lives, for the benefit of all beings. This class can be taken by beginners as an introduction to meditation, as well as by more seasoned practitioners seeking to fine-tune their practice.
This class will be led by Dharma Teacher Hwa Son Josh Plucinski from Still Point Zen Buddhist Temple in Detroit.
Cost for this class is $10.
