Bija Sound Meditations

Come join us as we gather together to experience healing effects from Bija mantras by chanting each Mantra that will take us through the 8-chakra points in the body.
These Bija mantras we will be experiencing are literally one syllable transformational sounds that will offer an alignment to each individuals chakra alignment to bring better health on mental, physical, and spiritual levels.
This experience is for beginners as well as advanced. No experience is necessary!
Seating style is optional, there will be chairs available but if you have a pillow or cushion you prefer, you are welcome to bring it too.
Cost for the Meditation experience is a donation of $5/person.
